The Terms of Connection
By accessing or using the BahrainTeleco website and our digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access our service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
BahrainTeleco provides users with access to high-speed mobile (5G/4G) and fiber internet resources. Our services include account management, bill payment, usage tracking, and customer support tools.
Unless explicitly stated, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Specific network speeds ("up to") may vary based on location, device capability, and network congestion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Do not use the service for any illegal purpose or to solicit unlawful conduct.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
- Do not upload viruses or malicious code.
- Respect local Bahraini laws regarding online content and communication.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your service without notice.
Service fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
BahrainTeleco reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension and late fees. All payments are processed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BahrainTeleco shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We are not liable for any action or inaction by third parties (e.g., content providers, app developers) whose services you access through our network.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
